How to Fill BSEB 12th Pass Scholarship Online Apply Form 2026 Go to the official Medhasoft Portal. Look for the " मुख्यमंत्री बालक / बालिका प्रोत्साहन योजना" for the 12th pass corresponding to your passing year. Click on "Student Registration" and fill in your BSEB roll number, obtained marks, and Aadhaar details. After registration, you will receive your login ID and password. Log in again to finalize the application and upload your scanned documents. Check your application progress via the Medhasoft Student Status link.  Note: Your bank account must be Aadhaar-seeded for the DBT payment to process.  Final Submission: Review all details entered. Click on the "Submit" button and save/print a hard copy of the final confirmation page for your record Kindly Ready Scan Document Related to Recruitment Form - Photo, Sign, ID Proof, Etc. Before Submit the Application Form Must Check the Preview and All Column Carefully. If Candidate Required to Paying the Application Fee Must Submit.
