How to Fill BSEB 10th Pass Scholarship Online Apply Form 2026 Go to the official Medhasoft Portal. Look for the " मुख्यमंत्री बालक / बालिका प्रोत्साहन योजना" for the 10th pass corresponding to your passing year. Click on "Student Registration" and fill in your BSEB roll number, obtained marks, and Aadhaar details. After registration, you will receive your login ID and password. Log in again to finalize the application and upload your scanned documents. Check your application progress via the Medhasoft Student Status link.  Note: Your bank account must be Aadhaar-seeded for the DBT payment to process.  Final Submission: Review all details entered.
